Commute on your Scoot day - 2008
Friday, 3rd October 2008 was "National Commute-on-your-Scoot" day. Another event promoted by THINK BIKE to create biker awareness and discuss how we can make the roads safer for ALL ROAD USERS.
Yes ... even for people who drive on 4 wheels or more.
Two venues hosted the gathering and myself [Marvy] and Paullie decided to attend the gathering @ Seattle Coffee Company @ Constantia Village. Met the THINK BIKE crew [can't remember any names, except for Scott ... reminded us of SCATTEJAG. STOP DIE HORLOSIE, STOP DIE HORLOSIE!!] and the regional manager for GOMOTO. Had a lekka chat about a whole lot of things, a just a nice event to meet some new peeps. PAULLIE got some THINK BIKE stickers, so yous can all pla him for a sticker if you need.
