Okay ... let me start off by apologising to all of YOU ... Ek is jammer! I know
the update is loooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnggg overdue ...
- another season of IDOLS has started [OMG!!!! have you heard some of the South African
folk????]
- Easter shopping is in full swing
- first school holidays is almost here
- TAXES are due in 2 days
- petrol is going up ... [FOK!!]
- Craig [Regulators MCC] is still waiting for the SQUARROWS to pop in on a Thursday
night at the club house [Sorry Craig]
- Garrett is back from his +/- 3 month stay in New Zealand [HEY PEEPS!! MISSING ALL
OF YOU!!!!!]
... and we're into the second month of 2009! So ... my apologies for the long wait.
Just like everyone of you, I've been busy Busy BUSY!!!! SORREEEE!!!!
So ... let's get to it. I hope I get the order of past events in the correct sequence.

HOLIDAY @ West Coast Farm Cottage
30 December 2008 - 3 January 2009
A couple of us SQUARROWS, with some friends, family and temporary adopted kids,
spent the last week of 2008 along the west coast where we enjoyed some farm-ish
life. How lekka it was!!! Spent some time in Paternoster, Vredenburg (I think?),
Saldanha (where Jason, Natasha and family spent a few days), West Coast Nature Reserve
(where I got a warning for speeding in my '68 MKI Escort for going 52km/h in a 50km/h
zone), Mykonos and Bangelaan.
A nice, different new years where good food was cooked (with extra slaap-derm spice),
lekka gebakte brood, some pets (Tokkie, Lulu and the spider), awesome sunsets and
fires (thanks Nats) and just a lekka get away. Here's some random pics ...

OUR movement has grown some more.
Local Media has done a 1/2 page write up on our last event. National TV has done
a program on it AND we have a website up and running. So we are growing by leaps
and bounds.
