Welcome to ... the new ... and improved ... SQUARROWS website!!!! Tat-tarra-raaaaa!!!!
I know ... it's been a long 8 months of no updates, and I only started taking it
serious after my 11th death threat. People kakking and cursing me ... because of
the strange phenomenon ... being
www.squarrows.co.za. I'm 90% there ... just a few more tweaks and this baby
will be running smooth.
First things first. You need to re-subscribe your details to the
site if you want to receive newsletters! I've been making some back-end changes
to automate and save time on doing updates on the Squarrows website. So ...

There's a moerse lot that's happened over the last 8 months:

- Webmasters being threatened coz the website has been down (not updated) for 8-ish

Ja ... this list can go on and on ...
So ... I was planning this humugously HUGE update, but decided not to. You've got
to understand that trying to squeeze all the happenings over the last 8 months,
all the functions, all the BIG news items is impossible! The time it's gonna take
... not going to happen. So, instead ... I've decided to introduce some of the older
things that you may have missed
(like the 1st AMAZING BIKER RACE hosted by the
IRON PIGS - yorrr ... you missed out on a SUPER JAS BEFOKSKIET EVENT!!!!)
This is the feeling from all the people that participated in the event ... not only
me (who just so happened to win the event with my SUPER HOT, SUPER FAST, ALWAYS
GAME -
girlfriend fiancè.
Next big event of 2009 -
LEE RIDERS RALLY. Now ...
this
is what a biker rally should be all about. Ask anyone that was there ... you missed
out (Although after getting threatened about the website, I did get questioned about
my drinking coz apparently, one of the rumours floating around was that I was studying
to be a pastor ... that's why the website wasn't being updated.)
Anyways ... I can go on ... and I will. Let's get down and dirty ...
what's been happening in SQUARROW LAND ...
So ... we still around, just busy like everyone else.
2009 saw the SQUARROWS shrink and grow in membership numbers.
We said goodbye to Paullie and Renè, whom for personal reasons, decided to hang
up their colours.
Remember: as Paullie said ... still "Friends
for life". We all wish you two the best of 2010 and don't dissappear off
the face on the earth.
We then said
MIRRAG to 4 new members:
You guys deserve it ... it took a while, but we know it was all worth the wait.
So ... that makes it 27 SENIOR members in total, with:
- 22 active in Cape Town
- 3 active in New Zealand, and
- 2 inactive members.

of a new addition to the family that I bought a few weeks ago. Finally guys I own
a bike and boy am I glad that i got it. it's a 1992 GSXR 750 with a 1100 head. It
has a few battle scars but still looks good.

why a hayabusa?
So ... a whole lot of the Squarrows are upgrading their bikes, and so far ... the
only upgrade that's been happening is that
busa's are being bought!
Why? Well ... let's investigate why there are 5 Hayabusa's amongst the SQUARROWS:

However, Brandon proved to everyone ... the REAL benefits of owning a Hayabusa.

So ... thank you all for your support and for keeping me motivated to continue with
this beast (A special thanks to NATS). There's still a whole lot more that going
to happen here, so check back regularly for updates. With each update, some new
functionality will be added to the site.
For this update, I want you to subscribe. If you've done it in the old site, I urge
you to do it again. All I need is a name, email and cell number (optional). THIS INFORMATION WILL NOT BE PASSED ONTO A 3RD PARTY. The

Oh ... before I forget ... a huge thank you to all of you. I know that I'm not the
only one that has noticed, but ... there's a moerse lot of people with THINK
BIKE stickers on their 4 wheel cages. This is only possible because
of people like you spreading awareness amongst friends and family. Well done.
Our final thought ... goes out to our injured brothers and their families. To Kurt
and Graham ... you and your families are constantly in our thoughts and prayers.
